부하를 조금만 걸어도 온도가 80도를 넘고 클럭이 떨어집니다.
방열판을 붙였지만 큰 차이가 없습니다.

get_throttled 값이 0x50000 이면 과거에 온도 제한이 걸렸던 것입니다. 액티브 쿨러를 달면 60도대로 내려갑니다.
